This web site is based on The New Election Game (Willowbrook Pub. Co., Willowbrook, Il. 1987) by Dr. William J. Kelleher, Ph. D., Lecturer, Author, Political Scientist. The New Election Game sets out principles that may be applied to all types of elections, in all parts of the world where electronic communication is possible. The presidential election process in the United States is an institution sorely in need of reform. The New Election Game is a model for that reform which may be implemented here, and in every other nation where heads of state are, or should be, popularly elected. The same principles may be applied to congressional, state, and local elections as well as to the initiative, recall, and referendum. The socialist aim of raising human dignity and unity by increasing the power of the individual in self-government through electrification has unlimited application.
